Wi-Fi iPod?
Yet more stories about the future plans of Apple are coming out. Red Herring comments that Apples shares increased 3.6 percent in value after the speculation that they will start to offer iPods that could download music and video from anywhere.
According to a company with strong sales links with Apple, CFO of PortalPlayer, Svend-Olav Carlson expects the models to be released in the next six months.
Now this seems like a great idea. Allowing people to download whilst waiting for a train or their other half to finish shopping will greatly increase the desire to have the new model as well as increase use of iTunes - which I naturally assume will be tied into it with a stripped down service.
