I'm starting to get a tad annoyed with the daily stream of iPodmania. You'll see people on TV in twenty years with room full of iPod memorabilia, just like you do with walls adorned with an overweight Elvis, garish Ronald McDonalds and creepy porcelain dolls. grr.

The Associated Press has stated that iPod merchandise is worth an estimated $850 million and the iPod is the number one toy. What happened to playing on your bikes and loosing your Action Man in the woods?
